This year, 3 new projects worth a total of 4,200 million baht will be launched.

The housing development business BRITANIA emphasizes single-family homes and duplexes designed to meet the needs of all life stages. The key strength of BRITANIA is not just selling houses but creating communities that enhance the quality of life for modern families. There will be 3 new projects launched with a total value of 3,200 million baht.

“At the beginning of 2026, we assessed the real estate market, and this year it is expected to remain stable or grow only slightly. We anticipate that in the second half of the year, the market will become more active due to the extension of the reduced transfer and mortgage fees to 0.01% for houses, condominiums, and commercial buildings priced below 7 million baht, effective until June 30, 2027. This will be a supporting factor and a driving force for consumers to decide to purchase housing, as it significantly reduces their expenses and increases their available cash,” Mr. Pirapong commented on the overall housing market.

Mr. Pirapong further stated that when the overall economic picture is not conducive to growth, which affects any business significantly, Origin immediately adjusts its portfolio to accommodate fluctuations, especially in the recurring income business through Origin Hotel, which has a clear business model from Build - Operate - Exit - Re Investment. Origin adheres to a property management process as a cycle, creating a continuously growing portfolio across 8 hotel businesses with a total of 2,003 keys and leased office space totaling 6,829 square meters. In the first 6 months of 2026, asset exit deals worth over 5,000 million baht have been closed as planned, while also filling the Origin Hotel portfolio with plans to open 4 new hotels.
